Le stress d\u00e9truit et on a des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019en d\u00e9faire.<\/p>\n<p>Je vis tous les jours avec et peut \u00eatre que toi aussi. Comment d\u00e9finirais-tu le stress ? Un \u00e9tat ? Un sentiment ? Ou les deux \u00e0 la fois ?<\/p>\n<p>Je ne te demande pas une d\u00e9finition du dictionnaire, mais ta d\u00e9finition, la tienne. Comment tu le per\u00e7ois ?<\/p>\n<p>Je le d\u00e9finis, comme un poison, qui tue \u00e0 petit feu. Et qui, surtout, atteint le corps dans son enti\u00e8ret\u00e9. Physiquement et psychologiquement.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi est-ce difficile de le contr\u00f4ler alors si je sais qu\u2019il me fait du mal ?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est parce que le stress est hors de contr\u00f4le justement. C\u2019est l\u2019une des nombreuses choses que l\u2019\u00eatre humain ne peut pas g\u00e9rer seul. Il a besoin d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments ext\u00e9rieurs pour s\u2019en d\u00e9barrasser ou le diminuer.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, le stress d\u2019un individu \u00e0 l\u2019autre n\u2019a pas le m\u00eame degr\u00e9. L\u2019hygi\u00e8ne de vie passe aussi par la t\u00eate. Quand dans la t\u00eate \u00e7a ne va pas, cela se voit aussi physiquement. Alors tu peux rencontrer une prise ou une perte de poids, des probl\u00e8mes de sommeil, capillaires, hormonaux et surtout toute la zone du ventre !<\/p>\n<p>Le cerveau envoie continuellement des informations, \u00e0 notre corps, m\u00eame quand on dort (Cf: mes cours de neuropsychologie).<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, prenons deux groupes, le premier, appelons le \u00ab\u00a0groupe A\u00a0\u00bb : en \u00e9tat de stress, \u00e0 cause des examens\/de changement de poste au boulot, il se peut que tu aies d\u00e9j\u00e0 ressenti ce sentiment d\u2019angoisse et des maux de ventre qui dure tant que l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment stresseur est actif.<\/p>\n<p>Sinon, tu fais peut-\u00eatre partie des personnes qui sont stress\u00e9es quotidiennement. Un stress pr\u00e9sent en permanence, une personne stress\u00e9e de la vie (HELLO !), alors bienvenue dans le groupe B.<\/p>\n<p>Que tu te retrouves dans le groupe A ou dans le groupe B, toi seul peux \u00e9valuer ton niveau de stress et savoir ce que TOI et uniquement TOI, tu ressens.<\/p>\n<p>Personne autour de toi ne peut imaginer ton \u00ab\u00a0degr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de stress.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Il faut que de toi m\u00eame tu trouves tes solutions, tes m\u00e9thodes, de gestion de stress.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Comme je te l\u2019ai dit au d\u00e9but de la cr\u00e9ation de mon blog, consid\u00e8re-moi comme ton amie, \u00e0 qui tu te confis et donc je partage avec toi mes solutions et peut-\u00eatre t\u2019aider \u00e0 trouver tes m\u00e9thodes ! Je te fais une liste de 6 astuces que j\u2019essaye de pratiquer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement (je te donne les essentiels, pas toutes).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #de76aa;\"><strong>D\u00e9connecte-toi<\/strong><\/span>. Il n\u2019y a pas mieux qu\u2019une d\u00e9-connection des r\u00e9seaux sociaux pendant quelque temps. Quelles sont les choses qui se passent bien autour de moi ? Ma vie professionnelle est un \u00e9chec ok. Mais au niveau de ma vie personnelle \u00e7a va ? Ou vice-versa. Et si les deux \u00e7a ne va pas ? Ce n\u2019est pas grave, je me sens bien, plut\u00f4t en bonne sant\u00e9 et il y a des personnes qui m\u2019aiment, non ?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #de76aa;\"><strong>Tire les choses positives<\/strong><\/span>. Apr\u00e8s ton bilan, vois-tu les choses positives ? Sinon, cherche, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tu en trouves au moins 3.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #de76aa;\"><strong>Apprends \u00e0 te conna\u00eetre<\/strong><\/span>. Qui je suis vraiment ? Est-ce que j\u2019aime les pancakes parce que c\u2019est tendance sur Instagram ou je suis plus c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et lait ? D\u00e9couvre ce qui se cache derri\u00e8re ton pr\u00e9nom et ce que tu vois devant la glace ? QUI JE SUIS ? QU\u2019EST-CE QUE J\u2019AIME ?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #de76aa;\"><strong>Choisis des moments \u00e0 toi<\/strong><\/span>. J\u2019appelle ces moments \u00ab\u00a0le moment d\u2019Aude\u00a0\u00bb. Choisis une journ\u00e9e (pour moi, c\u2019est le dimanche). Fais toutes ces choses que tu aimes ! J\u2019aime me pr\u00e9parer un petit truc \u00e0 manger le midi, me mettre sous mon plaide, dans mon lit, devant ma s\u00e9rie \u00ab\u00a0Monk\u00a0\u00bb que je regarde tout le temps, ou \u00ab Columbo\u00a0\u00bb (s\u2019il y a un \u00e9pisode \u00e0 la TV), ou \u00ab\u00a0les Experts\u00a0\u00bb. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, toutes ces s\u00e9ries que beaucoup ne regardent pas et que j\u2019aime \u00e9norm\u00e9ment ! Je prends le temps d\u2019appr\u00e9cier ces moments de solitude qui me coupe de toutes activit\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieures. Prends le temps d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de ton corps et de sentir les premiers signaux.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Je ne r\u00e9alise pas souvent que je me fais mal toute seule avec MON stress. Je dois en partie cette hypersensibilit\u00e9 au gluten \u00e0 celui-ci et au fait que \u00ab\u00a0dans ta t\u00eate \u00e7a cogite Aude \u00bb. Ces m\u00e9thodes fonctionnent pour moi, et sans \u00e9l\u00e9ments ext\u00e9rieurs, j\u2019arrive \u00e0 vivre avec. Mais c\u2019est compliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Alors, m\u00eame si je mange sans gluten tous les jours, je m\u2019hydrate, et je mange sainement, parfois, mon corps me donne m\u2019appelle comme si j\u2019avais eu une alimentation contraire \u00e0 celle que j\u2019ai. L\u2019alimentation est la clef, mais la t\u00eate, \u00e0 un r\u00f4le dans certains maux.
