t\u2019aider comme pr\u00e9vu \ud83d\ude09\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span id=\"p41\">Il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de 2 semaines, et m\u00eame avant, je me disais que je devais poster cet article.<\/span><span id=\"p42\"> J\u2019ai pris du temps, je sais, mais, je ne voulais pas qu\u2019il soit trop long et peu clair.<\/span><span id=\"p43\"> Alors j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le faire en une premi\u00e8re partie avec quelques explications et astuces.<\/span><br \/>\nComme toi, peut-\u00eatre, j\u2019avais besoin d\u2019aide au d\u00e9but et j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 <span id=\"53\" class=\"s-or-t\">LA<\/span> m\u00e9thode pour respecter<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span id=\"p45\">MON PLANNING REPAS !<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span id=\"p46\">Il est pr\u00e9vu que je te montre un exemple d\u2019un planning complet de ce que je mange sur une semaine.<\/span><span id=\"p47\"> Mais avant que je te le donne, il est quand m\u00eame int\u00e9ressant que je te transmette mes astuces pour le faire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p48\">Pour obtenir un planning repas simple et que tu respecteras, tu dois avant tout savoir :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span id=\"p49\"><span id=\"54\" class=\"s-or-t\">\u2192 Pour<\/span> combien de personne tu cuisines<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong><span id=\"p51\">\u2192 Ce que tu aimes, ainsi que les autres qui mangeront avec toi <span id=\"p50\">(s\u2019il y en a)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong><span id=\"p52\">\u2192 Si tu es en p\u00e9riode de travail\/d\u2019\u00e9cole ou de vacances<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que c\u2019est fait, tu proc\u00e8des de la mani\u00e8re suivante:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>I. \u00a0Une feuille blanche ou un agenda \u00ab repas \u00bb ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p102\">Pour avoir une m\u00e9thode de \u00ab planning repas\u00a0\u00bb, tu dois, \u00e9videmment, avoir une feuille blanche ou un agenda que tu consacreras uniquement aux repas.<\/span><span id=\"p103\"> Dans la premi\u00e8re situation, sur ta feuille blanche, sous une forme de tableau horizontale, s\u00e9pare sous 7 jours <span id=\"p101\">(lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi, vendredi, samedi, dimanche)<\/span>;<\/span><span id=\"p104\"> puis, divise en deux chaque jour, par un trait, qui s\u00e9pare la feuille en deux.<\/span><span id=\"p91\"> Une partie au-dessus qui indique le repas du midi et une partie au-dessous qui indique le repas \/><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"p111\">Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re la m\u00e9thode \u00ab\u00a0agenda \u00bb , car les jours sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 not\u00e9s, je n\u2019ai qu\u2019\u00e0 s\u00e9parer en deux partie pour chaque jour.<\/span><span id=\"p112\"> Je te le montre dans le point 2.<\/span><span id=\"p108\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><span id=\"p116\">II.<\/span><span id=\"p131\"> Choisis au moins 2 couleurs (stylos ou feutres)<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p118\">Une couleur te sera n\u00e9cessaire pour le <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>repas du midi<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><span id=\"p119\"> La seconde, quant \u00e0 elle, te servira pour noter le<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> repas du soir<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><span id=\"p120\"> Cela te permet de mieux distinguer ce que tu manges et de voir si tes repas sont vari\u00e9s.<\/span><span id=\"p132\"> Ainsi, tu \u00e9vites de manger les m\u00eames menus 2 fois de suite.<\/span><span id=\"p122\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p133\">Une fois que c\u2019est fait, tu peux \u00e0 ce moment faire une liste compl\u00e8te de ce que tu dois acheter au verso de ta feuille ou dans la partie \u00ab note\u00a0\u00bb de ton agenda.<\/span><span id=\"p134\"> Dans cette partie note, tu mettras aussi les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de type papier toilette, liquide vaisselle, brosse \u00e0 dents, mais aussi les \u00e9l\u00e9ments importants comme l\u2019eau ou le sel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" Cherche de l\u2019inspiration ailleurs\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p141\">Il existe \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de sites, de blogs, de livres qui donnent de l\u2019inspiration pour des menus chaque semaine, qui <span id=\"150\">pourront<\/span> ainsi t\u2019aider pour d\u00e9marrer.<\/span><span id=\"p142\"> Pas de panique, j\u2019arrive avec les miens ;<\/span><span id=\"p155\">)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p156\">Dans certains cas, tu peux modifier le plat qu\u2019ils proposent en fonction de tes go\u00fbts, de ton budget et de ceux qui mangent avec toi.<\/span><span id=\"p157\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p158\">Tu peux aussi \u00e9changer avec d\u2019autres personnes autour de toi, sur ce qu\u2019il mange en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral le midi ou le soir, d\u00e9couvrir les recettes que tu ne connais pas et essayer \u00e0 ton tour.<\/span><span id=\"p147\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><span id=\"p192\">IV.<\/span><span id=\"p193\"> Comment faire pour ne pas obtenir un planning avec des menus r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs ?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p194\">L\u2019astuce, c\u2019est d\u2019alterner entre viandes\/poissons pour midi\/soir, l\u00e9gumes cuits\/l\u00e9gumes crus, etc.<\/span><span id=\"p195\"><del> Avec mon planning, bient\u00f4t, je te montrerai comment je m\u2019organise<\/del>.<\/span><span id=\"p196\"> Aussi, ce planning t\u2019aide \u00e0 ne pas manger que les m\u00eames choses, en testant de nouveaux l\u00e9gumes que tu n\u2019as jamais go\u00fbt\u00e9 par exemple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p197\">De m\u00eame, tu peux modifier l\u2019assaisonnement.<\/span><span id=\"p191\"> Passer d\u2019un assaisonnement l\u00e9ger avec tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019ingr\u00e9dient \u00e0 un assaisonnement avec curry, piment et cr\u00e8me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><span id=\"p262\">V.<\/span><span id=\"p263\"> Comment s\u2019y tenir ?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p264\">Ce n\u2019est pas facile de respecter ce que tu as pr\u00e9par\u00e9 comme planning.<\/span><span id=\"p265\"> Il arrive parfois que ce que tu avais pr\u00e9vu comme menu pour le lundi soir, ne te donne plus envie le jour J.<\/span><span id=\"p266\"> \u00c0 ce moment, il te suffit simplement de transposer.<\/span><span id=\"p267\"> Autrement dit, ce que tu avais initialement pr\u00e9vu le lundi soir, tu le mangeras le jour d\u2019apr\u00e8s ou le mercredi.<\/span><span id=\"p268\"> Ainsi, le lundi, tu manges ce que tu avais pr\u00e9vu le mardi ou le mercredi, etc.<\/span><span id=\"p269\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p270\">Exemple :<\/span><span id=\"p240\">\u00a0parfois, je n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 m\u2019y tenir \u00e0 100%.
