class=\"s-rg-t\">Weloveglutenfree<\/span>.<\/span><span id=\"p49\">\u00a0Tu pourras la d\u00e9guster pour ton d\u00e9jeuner ou ton d\u00eener, \u00e0 toi de voir !<\/span><span id=\"p50\">\u00a0Tu peux aussi la manger dans ta gamelle pour ton d\u00e9jeuner du lendemain si tu as cours\/boulot.<\/span><span id=\"p51\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span id=\"p51\">Ce qui te permet de:<\/span><span id=\"p52\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span id=\"p52\">Limiter les d\u00e9penses\u00a0<span id=\"p48\">(au lieu d\u2019acheter un repas \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur)<\/span>\u00a0pour ton d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 midi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span id=\"p52\">Conna\u00eetre la composition de g de quinoa s\u00e9same sarrasin sans gluten<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e0 2 carotte(s) (ou de la carotte en sachet d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e2p\u00e9e)<\/li>\n<li>Une vingtaine de tomates cerises 3 couleurs (jaune, orange et rouge)<\/li>\n<li>Quelques feuilles de m\u00e2che ou de roquette<\/li>\n<li>Une vingtaine de feuilles d\u2019\u00e9pinard<\/li>\n<li>Quelques petites boules de mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>2 tranches de jambon<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 oignon<\/li>\n<li>Ail en poudre<\/li>\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<li>Poivre<\/li>\n<li>Persil<\/li>\n<li>Huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>Graines de l\u2019emballage (il faut compter entre 10 et 12 min de cuisson). Mets de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Dans une po\u00eale fait revenir dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive un demi-oignon, le jambon \u00e9miett\u00e9 et les quelques feuilles d\u2019\u00e9pinard pendant 2-3 min, le temps que ces derni\u00e8res se ramollissent.
